ANAC HOLIDAY MEETING WITH ICAO

On 7th April 2025, a courtesy meeting was held between the President of the Board of Directors of the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC), Amélia Domingues Kuvíngua and the Director of Operations, Africa and Asia-Pacific at the International Civil Aviation Organisation's (ICAO) Capacity Development and Implementation Office, Guillermo Iovino. On the occasion, topics related to the cooperation between ANAC and ICAO were discussed, highlighting the capacity building and training projects for civil aviation professionals, in particular the Civil Aviation Master Plan (CAMP), without neglecting other matters linked to sustainable development objectives. It is important to emphasise that Angola, as an ICAO member state, embraces the theme ‘no country left behind’ and is committed on ensuring that it is equipped with the best international practices and strategies in order to offer its contribution to the search of sustainable solutions for the continuous development of this transport sub-sector in the country and continent. |
